On behalf of FORMA Inspect, it is our sincere pleasure to extend this Letter of Offer for the position of Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator. We are genuinely excited about the contribution you will make to our brand and the growth of FORMA Inspect across Melbourne and surrounds.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
Jennifer will assist FORMA Inspect in growing brand awareness, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and supporting key administrative functions across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents.
  • Contact and introduce FORMA Inspect to potential referral partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage agent and client follow-up communications.
  • Assist with social media coordination and brand presence.
  • Attend networking events and selected open homes when required.
  • Coordinate inspection bookings and client enquiries.
  • Maintain CRM and contact databases.
  • Assist with customer service and client communications.
  • Encourage and manage client reviews and testimonials.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
REFERRAL COMMISSION
$75
per completed inspection booked through your efforts
PERFORMANCE BONUS
Additional performance incentives may be offered at the discretion of FORMA Inspect.
TERM OF ENGAGEMENT
This engagement will commence on                   . This is an ongoing contractor arrangement and may be terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice.
